IP4060

IP4060 - Full-automatic machine suitable to put the finished tiles on wooden pallets of various dimensions. Receives tiles of any size, horizontally, and places them vertically rows, preset according to their size and thickness, strapping them automatically with 1 or 2 bands. Forms, with the rows side by side, a floor and moves it on the pallet. One, two or three floors can be put on the pallet, with the possibility of crossing them. Complete with overturning device for placing,or not, the tiles face-to-face; take-up device for putting the tiles vertically in rows; vertical strapping device with plastic band for holding the rows od the tiles; transfer path for the rows of tiles; hydraulic clamp for moving the floors of tiles on the pallet; pallets storing; path 5 m long for trasferrinf the full pallets autside the machine. Switch-and control board equipped with PLC Siemens. Installed power 36 kW.
