AUTOMATICA LINE MOD. CM256

Automation system suitable for any kind of press and grinding-polishing line to handle and move any kind of tiles, particularly the MS single-layer ones. The tiles, both fresh-maulded and cured, are taken up and move by means of vauum pads having the same dimensions of the tiles. The system uses large zinc-coated steel trays which can hold several mouldings each and be stacked an a 3base tray". The system is extremely compact and allows the removal of the stacks of trays either from the lateral ends or from the front side by means of either a normal forklift or a robotized trolley.

Two different solutions:
"CM256/F-CM256/S" or "Cm256/FS"

"CM256/F-CM256/S" AUTOMATIC LINES:

This solution offers two separate lines: one connected to the press and the other to the grinding-polishing machine. With this arrangement the productions of press and grinding-polishing machine become completely independent and therefore the maximum of flexibility in the running og the plant can be reached.

The "CM256/F" line receives the stacks of empty trays from the "CM256/S" line, takes up the fresh-moulded tiles from the press and lays them down on the tray. (Several mouldings can be laid on the same tray, according to the tile sizes). It superimposes then the trays in stacks sultable to be transported to the curing cells or tunnels

Rhe "CM256/S" line receives the stacks of trays coming from the curing cells or tunnels, takes up the cured tiles and forwords them to the grinfinf-polishing line. It recovers then the empty trays in stacks which will have to be transferred to the "CM256/F line.
Istalled power: 20 kW + 20 kW

"CM256/FS" AUTOMATIC LINE :

This solution offers an integrated and very compact line, connecting directly the press with the grinfing-polishing machine. It is therefore possible to fit this line also in quite reduced spaces.

The "CM256/FS" line receives the stacks of trays coming from the curing cells or tunnels, it takes up first the cured tiles from the tray, forwarding them to the grinding-polishing macchine and soon afterwards lays down in their place the fresh-moulded tiles just taken up from the press. When a tray has been completely filled with fresh-moulded tiles, it is superimposed with others in a stack suitable to transported to the curing cells or tunnels.
