AUTOMATIC CHAMFERING MACHINE FOR TILES with 4 - 8 - 12 - 16 heads

Machine suitable to carry out a chamfer on the 4 sides of the tile. The machine is composed by 2 unit to chamfer ( first 2 tile sides and then the remaining 2 ) and a central unit for the 90-degree-rotaion of the tile. It's possible of chamfer tiles having a maximun size of 600x600 mm and thicknesses from 10 to 40 mm.
Each chamfering unit is composed by 2 - 4 - 6 - 8 diamond heads for the grinding and polishing of the chamfer; they also can be equipped with horizontal calibrating heads, two for each unit. Special compensating system to guarantee an exaxt chamfer, even on tiles with different thickness.
The working heads are equipped with a micrometric feed motion system for the adjustment of the chamfer measure. Machine complete with eclectric board and control panel.
The machine can be built in two versions: linear or with the two units at right angle.
