The new press NK607 has a great power and productivity and is suitable
to manufacture any type of tile which can be pressed by the traditional
or by the new patented system - i.e. the filtering/draining pressing
plug - which upsets the ratio between the thicknesses of tile first
and second layer. By this new technic it is however possible to
attain a higher bending resistance and a remarkable saving of materials
and weight.
Technical features of the machine:
· 7 stations, each one provided with a 1200 Watt vibrator;
with electronically adjustable vibration.
· Mould frame with a height up to 120 mm which is suitable
to attain pressed products with maximum 80 mm thickness.
· Pressing operation made with the new proportional system
which allows the programming of 4 pressing levels for 4 different
times and adjusting of the ramp to pass from a pressing level to
the next one. This guarantees an excellent pressing in accordance
with the used materials, a perfect distribution of the materials
and an exceptional compacting of the same; no double-pressing device
is anymore required.
· Max. pressing force: up to 600'000 kg.
· Pneumatic closing of the moulds with adjustable pressure
according to the size.
· Autonomous double-pressing device: up to 31'000 kg pressing
force.
· Demoulding made by upper hydraulic cylinder to make easier
the unmoulding of multiple sizes or high thickness products. Tile
taking-out made by new type of shovel which is moving linear ways.
The shovel has a high speed going-in (without products) and slow
speed coming out (with fresh products).
· The hydraulic station is made by top modern adjusting systems,
filtering and cooling of the oil . Separate pumps for each hydraulic
service - Vickers components.
· Pneumatic panel for various services with lubrication and
adjusting.
· Electric board containing all controls, with PLC Siemens
S7-300, synoptic panel for all manual and automatic operations.
· Batcher-distributor of the tile 1st layer. Tank capacity
300 liters; direct dosing without deflectors. Dosing cups with large
diameter, easily adjustable, in order to vary the poured quantity
of material; chromium plated dosing cups to avoid sticking of materials.
Hydraulic coupling between dosing cups and shutter for a self-levelling
closing; easy cleaning; two mixing speeds.
· New type of traditional loading device for tile 2nd layer,
or automatic belt batcher-doser for an uniform distributing of the
material inside the mould which completely eliminates the wedge
effect on tiles.
Thanks to this batcher-doser it ‘s not necessary to change
mould frames
when tile thickness must be varied.
· All motors are controlled by proper inverter
