NEW PRESS FOR THE MOULDING OF SINGLE-LAYER THIN TILES

Result af a new technology developped in the last years. System which is widely tested at our factories all over the world; it allows the employ of the same raw materials used for traditional terrazzo tiles, without additives. The press is equipped by the patented Longinotti-System which allows the removing of the water without having the backlayer, through a gradual pressing, using three pumps. Electronically adjustable vibration, table rotating through toothed gear with pinion, electronic controls of all operations by PLC Siemens.
Automatic batcher-doser of the mixture for an easy changing of the tile thickness.
