NEW SINGLE-LAYER TILE PRESS K354/MS

The new 4-station press K354/MS is born to produce single-layer thin tiles for indoor and outdoor flooring up to size 40x40, using the Longinotti patented system for the evacuation of the water in excess from the mix by special draining-filtering plugs.
The machine can produce smooth or engraved single-layer tiles in the sizes 20x20 (x4) - 25x25 (x2) - 30x30 (x1) - 33x33 (x1) and 40x40 (x1).
Pressing force: 350 tons.
The new system allows to switch from the production of indoor to outdoor tiles in a very quick and simple way, only by changing the rubber bases of the mould.
Strong and rigid steel carpentry structure of compact dimensions.
Hydraulic station with Vickers components, especially studied to reduce energy consumption; programmable, proportional pressing system which allows pressing in various stages and times so as to get an excellent compacting of materials. Tank: 360 liters.
The pneumatic circuit can work without lubrication; controls assembled in one single panel fitted on the press.
Table rotation realized by means of a large-diameter toothed wheel and pinion driven by gear-motor Rossi, fed by inverter.
Vibration of the moulds electronically adjustable, with 1300 Watt power.
Special upper vibrator for a perfect distribution of the wet mix inside the mould.
New type of demoulding shovel which is moving linear ways, vertical pneumatic approach and hydraulic damper; provided with inverter to adjust the accelerating and deceleration ramp, at different speeds, going-out or coming-in.
New type batcher-distributor of the mix with hydraulic approach of dosing cups and plate. Large-diameter dosing cups, chromium plated inside, and adjustable in volume. Batcher fitted on a column, with two-speed double planetary mixing. Easy and quick in its cleaning operations.
The electric control board contains all electric and electronical controls, with 24. V. internal circuits in D.C. Synoptic panel showing all manual and automatic functions. Provided with PLC Siemens S7-300.
