THE K253 HYDRAULIC REVOLVING PRESS

The new K253 Hydraulic revolving press has been designed taking especially into account the requirements of small-medium enterprises; it is however able to offer the complete range of automatism typical of a press of higher performances.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

K253 - Automatic hydraulic revolving press at 3 stations, suitable to mauld produtcts up to the max size of 50x50 cm. or 40x60 cm.
Interchangeable moulds with inner frames up to 85 mm. high; max height of the moulded product: 60mm.
Double-step pressing, at low and high pressure, by means of separate hydraulic pumps.
Moulding force adjustable up to a max of 250.000 kg. Pneumatic closing of the moulds on the rubber bases with adjustable force.
Dropless demoulding of the product on the automatic extracting blade.
Automatic batcher-distributor of the mortar of the 1st layer hydraulically operated by means of its own separate pump. Easy to be opened for a quick daily cleaning operation. Electric control board, with synoptic panel visualizing the various stages of operation, provided with programmable logic PLC SIEMENS.
