K1201 MS PRESS FOR MOULDING SINGLE-LAYER, CEMENT-AGGLOMERATED SLABS

Innovative machine, presented to the market on occasion of the MARMOTEC Exhibition 2004 in Carrara. Represents a further development of the line of MS machines for the manufacturing of single-layer products using only the traditional raw materials (granualtes and marble powder, white cement) whitout any need for special additives. Provided with the most recent development of the patented MS system for the evacuation of the water in excess from the wet mix during moulding stage. The MS system, thanks also to the high moulding pressure, grants a porosity-free, very compact product, of high quality and resistance. The K1201MS press has been specifically designed for moulding large slabs (1400x400 mm or 1200x600 mm , with thickness ranging from 15 to 50 mm in the standard version), but it is also suitable to mould smaller tiles. Equipped with automatic dosator of the wet mix, with variable-volume dosing cups for an easy modification of the thickness of the moulded product.
