GRINDING-POLISHING MACHINE GN50

the grinding-polishing machine GN50 - new line 2003 - offers high working performances and axellent versatility; it is built in many different versions with 2,4,6 uo to 14 heads, always with monolitic machien base.

These heads can be equipped with carborundum abrasive stones, diamond discs or Frankfurt segments.

The heads can be operated mechanically or pneumatically. When using diamond discs or barborundum stones the movement of the head is crried out by a ball screw jack - controlled by PLC. When using Frankfurt segments the movement of the head is carried out by two pneumatic cylinders. Air pressure adjustable independently for each head.

The Frankfurt-segments holder sic is connected to the spindle by an elastic joint so that the abrasive surface "copies" the tile plane.

Each head is provided with own control panel with all functions.

The grinding-polishing machine GN50 has a high-rigidity structure and is provided with a strong multilayer rubber belt, sliding on inox-steel plane, and continuosly washed.

Conveyor belt movement controlled by a motoreducer, controlled by inverter. Feed motion adjustable from 0,9 to 5 meter per minute.

Continuity of tiles going into the machine, with a motorized separating device, in order to avoid shocks during the working process.

Central guided in inox-steel fro processing in two rows.

Water feeding in the center of the spindle for refrigeration and cleaning of the tool, provided with a flowmeter to check the water flow.

The inspection doors of the heads can be opened only after having switched-off the security end-stroke.

The electric board is provided with ventilation and pre-arranged to fit an air-conditioner.
